Subvio uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate analyses, recommendations, and application drafts. Important:

  • AI output is advisory, not authoritative. Always verify eligibility criteria, deadlines, and requirements against the official grant documentation.
  • You are responsible for all content you submit in grant applications, even if AI-generated.
  • AI analysis may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
  • Grant information is scraped from public sources and may not always be current. Always check the official source.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all company data, application drafts, and other content you create on Subvio.
  • Our platform: The Subvio platform, design, and code are owned by Cresly SRL. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  • Grant data: Grant information originates from public government sources and is not owned by Subvio.

7. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Subvio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law:

  • Subvio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding grant success, AI accuracy, or data completeness.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including unsuccessful grant applications.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
  • Upon termination, you can request an export of your data (see our Privacy Policy).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium. If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
